Servicing and repairs for Infusion Pumps, Syringe Drivers and General Veterinary Equipment
Infusion concepts provides in house servicing and repairs at our centre in York where our specialised service technicians will carry out your requirements. Our technicians have many years of expertise and experience and are happy to discuss questions and detail by telephone. They are also able to offer advice on new equipment such as infusion devices.
What we can do for your practice equipment:
Pump and syringe driver servicing, repairs and calibration
- Servicing starting from £60.00 plus parts
- Calibration from £30 (Free of charge for calibration to Infusion Concepts and Select from NVS Giving sets)
Clippers – From £15 plus parts
General equipment – starting from £15 plus parts please contact to discuss your requirement before sending in your equipment.
We offer free quotation and can beat any like-for-like quote for Veterinary repairs.
How to use our service
Just follow these few simple steps to help us give you a great service!
- Download and complete the service & repair form to be included with any equipment you are sending. Please include as much detail of any issues as possible on the form.
If your equipment is not a pump, syringe driver or clipper, please call our service team on 01347 879 139 to discuss before sending it into our service centre.
- Ensure your Veterinary equipment is securely packaged
- Despatch your package at your cost to our Service Centre address as follows;

- As soon as your equipment has been reviewed our service team will contact you to discuss any details and costs as appropriate. We will need your confirmation before any repairs are carried out.
- Your equipment will be returned via insured shipping once all repairs are completed, and we will invoice your practice for payment.
