Transfer sets allow quick and easy transfer of fluids from one bag to another bag or set. This may be using the same fluid for a larger reservoir, or admixing different fluids to administer via the same line.
The bag being transferred from (donor bag) should ALWAYS be placed higher than the receiving bag (recipient bag) or line. In general the greater the height difference, the better the transfer flow rate.
