Standard Drain Connectors
Connectors to fit most standard drain tubing. We offer your choice of male or female luer connection to permit reversed connection to non-standard items (eg suction pumps)

Needle-Free Drain Connections
We offer three needle-free connection options to suit virtually every clinical need. Needle-free access provides the simplest, easiest and safest way to access and secure a chest drain, and our valves provide all the benefits mentioned under infusion lines and caps & connectors.
These connectors feature the following common benefits:
	Fully assembled and ready to fit to drain
	C-Clamp on extension tubing when changing valve etc
	Secondary C-clamp in packet to use on chest drain
	Simple & safe access for drainage and flushing
	No risk of ever leaving a tap handle open!
	Valve is swabable, so no need to cap between uses
	Luer-connected, so adding one-way valves etc is easy
	DR-FNV-1 & 2 do NOT require the standard drain connection supplied with most chest drains

2	Wide-Bore Needle-Free Drain Connector (DR-FNV-2)
		Suits high Flow rates
		Use on 16 – 24 Fr drains only

3	Needle-Free Drain Adapter (DR-FNV-3)
		A push-fit adaptor that connects directly to standard drain connectors
		Ensures you always have a connector to fit your drain. Please note that most silicone drains do NOT include any connector
		Suits drains 12 – 42 Fr (with own connectors)
		Drainage Suited:

			Exudate ++++

We always recommend using superglue to bond connectors to any chest drain for added security
